Add priced areas, one-off line items and appliances in the order the customer should see them.
Price the whole job,
down to the part.
Build a quote room by room from your own component library. CabiPro turns dimensions, materials, hardware, finishes and labour into a clear customer price, while keeping the cost detail your workshop needs behind it.
Sheets, edging, hardware and labour are calculated from the components inside each area.
Markup, discounts, trades, GST and selected lots roll into one running total as the scope changes.
Customers can accept or decline from a secure link without creating a CabiPro account.
From lead to
client decision.
The quote stays connected to the project while you shape the scope, calculate each area, package the documents and wait for a response. Draft, sent, approved, rejected or expired: the status is visible in one place.
Start with the job
Choose the lead and project, or duplicate an existing quote to bring its scope forward.
Build the scope
Mix custom line items, priced areas and appliances, then drag them into the right order.
Configure each area
Add library components, quantities and dimensions, then set finishes, mechanisms and notes.
Calculate the cost
CabiPro resolves parts, sheet nesting, edging, hardware and labour before markup and discount.

Structure the quote
like the job.
Keep a kitchen together as an area, add the appliances beside it, and drop in any one-off charge as a line item. Reorder the scope to match the way you want the customer to read it.

Dimensions in.
Real parts out.
Component formulas respond to width, height, depth, kicker and options such as door, drawer and shelf counts. The takeoff then prices the resulting sheet parts, edging, hardware and labour.
- Maximal-rectangle sheet nesting by material
- Edging lengths and roll requirements
- Hardware rules, including door-height hinge quantities

Quick
answers.
The quote builder is designed around how cabinet makers scope, cost and present real work—not a generic sales estimate.
Can I reuse an earlier quote?+
Yes. Duplicate an existing quote and CabiPro brings across its quote details, line items, areas, components, appliances, terms, trades and pricing setup. The duplicate is saved as a new quote, so the original stays intact.
How are component costs calculated?+
Each component can carry formula-driven parts and labour. CabiPro resolves those formulas against the quoted width, height, depth and options, then prices sheet material, nesting, edging, hardware, finishes and labour into the area cost.
Can I change materials or finishes for just one quote?+
Yes. Quote-specific overrides let you edit or remove parts, add custom parts, swap materials, select shaker and paint details, choose an opening mechanism, configure benchtops and adjust labour without altering the source component in your library.
Can I include work that is not a cabinet component?+
Yes. Add a free-form line item with quantity, unit price and discount; include trade allowances such as plumbing or electrical; and add appliances with their own specifications and amount.
What does the customer receive?+
The customer receives an email with the quote summary, an attached PDF, any attached contracts and secure links to view, accept or decline the quote. They do not need a CabiPro login. Their response updates the quote status and notifies the team.
