Forked templates turn 3-hour quotes into 13-minute ones.
Quote a kitchen
before lunch.
Stop pricing in spreadsheets. CabiPro builds quotes from your last similar job - or a parametric template - and reads costs live from your material rack and labour rates. What you quote is what it costs you.
Live costs flow in from the rack, not last quarter's spreadsheet.
When the customer signs, the job, cut list and materials are reserved automatically.
Signed quotes carry the accepted scope into production without re-entry.
Five steps,
one record.
From the first phone call to the deposit invoice, the same job ID follows the quote through every change. No re-keying. No "which version did we send?".

Templates aren't generic - they're forked from your own previous jobs. The galley you built in March, the walk-in robe with the brass handles, the white-melamine pantry that took 11 days from quote to install. Save any job as a template; CabiPro pre-populates the cut list, hardware and labour next time.

Hi Sarah, here's the quote we talked through on site Tuesday. Everything you saw, plus the brushed-brass handles you mentioned. Let me know if anything's off.
Signing acknowledges the scope, materials and timeline in the attached PDF. Production slot reserved for week beginning 8 June.

Live rate cards
Labour rates, machine time, install charges. Update them once and every open quote inherits the new numbers - or stays on its locked-in price, your call.
Margin guard
Warn or block when a quote drops below your floor margin. Useful when a salesperson gets generous with discounts at 5 pm.
Branded PDFs
Drop your logo, footer, terms. The customer gets a clean, professional document - drawings, breakdown, terms, signature page.
Question threads
Customers reply to the quote and it lands as a thread on the quote record - not buried in a personal inbox. Tag teammates, leave internal notes.
Win-rate analytics
See which templates win, which estimators close the most jobs, where you lose on price. Quote smarter, not faster.

Quick
answers.
If something else isn't clear, the team's on the phone Mon-Sat. Most cabinet shops are up and quoting in under a week.
Can I migrate quotes from my old spreadsheet system?+
Yes - drop your last 50-100 quotes in as CSV or Excel and we'll seed your job template library from them. Most shops bring a year of history across in the onboarding session.
What happens to a quote if material prices change mid-week?+
Open quotes stay locked to the price they were drafted at. New quotes inherit the new costs. You can opt into "live-recalc" if you want margin protection on long-cycle quotes - for example, joinery for new builds where 6 weeks pass between quote and approval.
Do my customers need an account to sign?+
No. The approval link works in any browser, on any device. Signatures are logged with IP, timestamp, and device fingerprint for audit purposes.
How does parametric pricing handle one-off custom items?+
Templates are a starting point, not a cage. Drop in any custom line item, write a free-text description, set the price by hand. It still flows through to the cut list and material reservation just like a templated item.
Can two estimators quote at the same time?+
Yes. Each quote is its own record, but you can see at a glance who's working on what, hand quotes between team members, or have a senior estimator review and sign-off junior work before it goes out.
