Sheet stock,
rack to install.

Every panel in your shop, accounted for. Reserve materials the moment a job is approved, free them if a job is delayed, and tie every purchase order, packing slip and supplier statement to the rack they refill.

Purchase orders, packing slips, goods-received notes, and statements share one record.

The rack, live

Every sheet,
accounted for.

Each sheet on your rack has a status: free, reserved for a job, consumed, or inbound on a delivery. CabiPro reads costs from your supplier rate cards and writes consumption back when a sheet hits the panel saw.

Life of a sheet

From the truck
to the customer's wall.

Every sheet leaves a trail: when it arrived, who scanned it in, which job reserved it, when it hit the saw, what offcuts came off it, and which install it ended up in.

01

Goods received

Driver scans the packing slip. Sheets get an ID, a barcode, and land on the rack with their supplier cost.

avg. 2 min - GRN auto-matched
02

Reserved

Quote signed off. Cut list reserves the exact sheets needed. Other jobs cannot quietly take them.

auto - quote to job
03

On the saw

Scanned at the panel saw. Cut plan optimises against today's reserved sheets and tags usable offcuts.

cut plan - CSV / DXF
04

Assembled in

Cut panels join the job's carcase set. The system knows which sheet, which job, and which cabinet.

Installed

Install address is recorded, so future warranty questions can trace the material batch and supplier.

In the box

Everything inventory
actually needs.

Reorder schedules

Set reorder points and supplier lead times per material. CabiPro warns you before you run out.

Hardware bins

Hinges, runners, handles, screws. Same reserved, consumed, and reorder-pointed model as sheet stock.

GRN matching

Scan a packing slip and match it against the open PO line by line, including shorts and price changes.

Stocktake mode

Quarterly stocktake on the phone. Walk the rack, scan or tap, and surface variances in a clean report.

Xero & MYOB syncIn development

POs become draft bills, GRNs reconcile supplier statements, and the inventory number makes sense.

Common questions

Quick
answers.

Most shops have their rack mapped and their first PO running through CabiPro within two days of onboarding.

Do I need barcode scanners or special hardware?+

No. Phones work for barcode and QR scanning. If you want a dedicated handheld scanner for the saw, any common Bluetooth scanner can be paired.

What if my offcut does not get scanned?+

CabiPro keeps a stocktake workflow for loose or untagged offcuts. During a rack walk, your team can identify, measure, photograph, and tag them properly.

Can I track different units like sheets, metres, pairs, or litres?+

Yes. Materials can use their own units, including sheets, lineal metres, square metres, pairs, individual units, litres, and kilograms.

What happens when a sheet is damaged at the saw?+

Mark it scrapped and choose a reason. The cost flows into waste analytics, and supplier defects can be raised against the related PO.

Will it work with multiple workshops or storage locations?+

Yes. Each location can have its own rack tree and reorder points, with internal transfers between workshops or off-site storage.

Start with your rack

Let's tag
your actual rack.

Send us a photo of your sheet rack and we will bring a starter spreadsheet to the demo, ready to populate. By the end of the call, you will know what is on your shelf and what needs ordering.
