Is there really a free trial?

Yes - 14 days, full base plan, no credit card. Bring three real jobs and we will help you set them up.

Can I add or remove add-ons later?

Anytime. Add WhatsApp messaging during a busy month, drop it in the off-season. We prorate to the day.

How are extra users billed?

A$35/month per Admin, A$20/month per Installer - on top of the 1 + 1 included with the base plan.

What happens when I run out of the 10 GB?

Add a 25 GB Extra Storage block for A$10/month. Stack as many blocks as you need - no overage charges.

Is the Xero integration an extra cost?

No - it is included in the base plan at no extra charge. Connect your Xero organisation, push approved supplier bills and approved client invoices across, and let payments mirror back onto the job. You will need your own Xero subscription, billed by Xero.

Where is my data hosted?

AWS Sydney by default for Australian customers, with data encrypted at rest and in transit.
